After graduating in the summer of 2010, she started working as an independent designer. In April 2011 the "Chew on This!" hanger was exhibited for the first time at the Cro A Porter Concept Store Showroom in Zagreb.

In May 2011 she was one of the new-coming designers participating in the Clerkenwell Design Week event in London, where she exhibited her "Twister" lamps and "Crooked" stools at "The House of Detention". In June she participated in the Zagreb designers' event for young designers "Dan D" (Design Day), and the Design Market commercial exhibition within it, where her stand was rated 2nd by the public vote. In September she came back to London as one of the exhibitors for Designersblock during The London Design Festival, and after that her "Twister" and "Crooked" series travelled to Berlin to be exhibited at the Qubique Furniture Show.

Ana's Twister lamps were chosen under "Best New Product" and "Best Buy" categories in various important magazines; Elle Decoration UK, IDFX and DAMN just to name a few. She was one of the presenters at TEDxMaksimir in March of 2012, where she shared her experience in design so far. Elle Decoration Croatia nominated her for the EDIDA award 2012 in the "Young Designer" category, which is a great honor. The exhibitions continued, and Belgrade Design Week, Zagreb and Hvar were the nex stops.
